Keith Albright,

Keith has over 20 years of professional experience working with executive management on the recruitment and selection of Human Capital.

Prior to founding Albright Group, Keith was Vice President, Talent Acquisition with Washington Mutual, Commercial Real Estate Finance Division, and prior Director of Executive Search Programs for Archon Group, the Real Estate Asset Management Division of Goldman Sachs, headquartered in Irving, TX. During his tenure Keith was responsible for the recruitment of over 400 real estate investment professionals in asset management, commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, compliance, credit & risk management, loan origination, quantitative finance, accounting, legal and human resources.

Additionally, Keith has many years of selection consulting, behavioral interviewing and profiling, and has a deep understanding of both corporate recruiting organizations, and the added value search and research firms can provide to overall talent acquisition and management programs.

Before joining Archon Group, Keith spent 6 years in Corporate Recruiting at Alcon Laboratories, the world’s leading ophthalmic products company, responsible for scientific and pharmaceutical operations staffing.

Keith began his recruiting career with Austin McGregor International, a leading retained search firm in Dallas specializing in healthcare and technology search.

Along with a busy search practice, Keith is an experienced adventure traveler and has enjoyed many trips abroad including Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and many of the National Parks in North America.

Keith received a BS degree from Texas Christian University, Ft Worth. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a former member of the HR steering committee of NAREIM, and is a volunteer at Wings of Hope, a children’s equitherapy riding center in Ft Worth.
